I didn’t receive check in information until the day after I checked in. It took over an hour to contact the host. The batteries in the from door lock died and we couldn’t get in at 11:00 pm on Saturday and got no response from the host. I had to climb the fence and get in through the dog door in the backyard. Several small problems and inconveniences made me think the property was not worth what I paid to rent it.
