Care-Free stay. No issues at all. Enjoyed our time here.

I wanted to love this home. We were so excited about our stay but there were a few problems that were a disappointment. Upon arrival, we found the pool/spa half full with an abundance of leaves in the pool and surrounding area. We cleaned as much as we could and added water. We waited overnight for it to reheat only to check the following day and find the pool half drained again and not working. We called maintenance who came out within an hour and got the pool working again. Unfortunately, the water temp was too cold again and required overnight heating. By day 3, we were able to use the pool finally. On day 3, I also tried to make dinner only to find that the convection oven didn’t work. The stove was fine but the oven would not preheat and gave us a message to contact customer care. Given the hour, I didn’t bother to call maintenance again. Otherwise, great home, excellent location, comfortable beds.
