An incredible, newly restored three-story home located within the walled city, featuring double-height ceilings, a rooftop pool, 2 terraces, and 4 bedrooms, with an unbeatable location just steps from San Diego Square and La Serrezuela.

The pool lets you enjoy the sun, and there’s a large terrace with views of the garden and the city.

Includes a full American-style breakfast and a housekeeper available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. who prepares breakfast.

Outside guests are allowed.

Cook:
Breakfast is included; if you’d like lunch prepared, it costs $100,000 pesos per day. If you’d like dinner prepared, the cost is $200,000 each time you need it in the evening.

RATES AND DETAILS TO NOTE:
-The base rate varies by season (low/mid/high), starting for 8 people and increasing up to 10 people.
-The rate increases by $65/noche for each additional guest beyond 8.
-Maximum capacity of 10 guests.
-To receive an immediate quote, enter the number of guests and the dates you wish to travel.
-Entire house rental (the owners will not be on the property).
-Both kitchen and housekeeping staff are included in the rate (groceries are not included; guests must provide their own).
-Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. (On the day of check-in, we can receive your luggage starting at 12:15 p.m., and we can store your luggage on the day of check-out until no later than 2 p.m.).
-Near the house, you’ll find several of the city’s best restaurants less than 50 steps from the door and two of the best nightclubs just 10 minutes away.

*ABOUT HOSTING OUTSIDE GUESTS AND RATES:

This is a home where outside guests (those who do not sleep at the house) are welcome, with a total capacity of 16 people, including guests who sleep at the house. For example, if there are 8 registered guests staying overnight in the house, they may have 8 outside guests in the house during the day and night until 5 a.m. After 5 a.m., if the number of people inside the house exceeds the number specified in the reservation, there will be a charge of $65 USD for each additional guest each time, and we, the hosts, will kindly ask the primary guest to reduce the number of people inside the house to the number specified in the reservation.

Our minimum base rate applies to 8 guests or fewer; please include the total group size, as the price increases by $ $ 65 per additional guest per night for groups of more than 8 guests. Maximum sleeping capacity is 10 people, including mattresses on the floor with bases.

We welcome weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, or other types of celebrations.

All guests (including outside guests) must complete a registration form with their name and ID number to enter the villa.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents while inside the house.
