This was our third apt in BGC and hands down the best one! We found apts in BGC can be small … for example large beds in small rooms and no space to even open or store your luggage. This apt was spacious and clean, perfect for my family’s needs. We were 5 and all slept comfortably with plenty of room to lay out and store our luggage. The living room also had plenty of space and seating in the dining area. We liked that it had two full bathrooms and a half bath, off of the kitchen. The building is conveniently located with helpful front desk staff and a doorman to greet you. There is also a luggage storage unit on the 6th floor which was perfect for us as we needed to store our luggage for a few hours before heading to the airport. We will be back on our next trip to Manila!

We had a wonderful month-long stay at this condo and truly appreciated how smooth and comfortable the experience was. Ferdinand did an excellent job communicating before and throughout our stay. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well and was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.The condo itself was very clean, safe, and well-maintained, which made it a great place for my family and me to stay. It had everything we needed for a longer visit, including a full kitchen and a laundry machine, which made daily life much easier.The location was perfectly for us. It is only a block away from Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi. We also really appreciated the flexibility with check in/out hours which made our arrival and departure much less stressful.Overall, it was a very comfortable and well-managed stay, and we would happily recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped place with a thoughtful and communicative host.
