The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the shared kitchen was spacious, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early.

The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning did not cool it properly, even when set to 17°C. The fan was also very weak. The bathroom was quite impractical: the shower made the floor very wet and slippery, there was no bath mat, and there was very little space for toiletries. There was also no toilet paper in the room when I arrived. The curtains did not close properly and let in a lot of light, and there was no bedside lamp. Only a duvet was provided, with no light top sheet, which was uncomfortable in such a warm room. There wasn't any lights on the bed side table. The main switch was at the wall and had to get up on the time. The fan want working properly either. Even on high it was still quite slow. I also had to ask for the Wi-Fi details instead of receiving them at check-in, and communication with the local contact was sometimes difficult. The property was also quite difficult for Grab drivers to find, which made pick-ups and drop-offs inconvenient.
