Rien

Very clean, newly decorated apartment, good size, quiet, comfortable bed, easy for us to find street parking, but also opportunity for off street parking if driving a small car, elevator for getting bags up to the apartment, easy check in process and quick communication with host. We chose this place because didn't want the hassle of parking in the Ortigia ZTL, but wanted to be close. Location was great as it was 10 minute walk to Ortiga, so close enough to easily walk in whenever we wanted,, but also close enough to escape the Ortigia tourists when you want to! Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, a small supermarket less than 5 minutes and a larger supermarket about 10 minutes. Laundry, with detergent supplied, and rack to dry clothes (useful for us as we were there for 5 nights). Lots of storage space if you want to unpack your suitcases. Kitchen utensils (including a couple of decent knives) provided so you cook if you wanted. Comfortable stay, recommended.

Nothing really. Would have been good if there were more than just a couple of coffee pods, or some olive oil, provided (the bottle in the cupboard was empty so maybe this usually provided and was just missed).
