The location was excellent, and the property was very clean; our room was cleaned impeccably every single day. I didn’t see any insects or other animals. The room was quite spacious, and the staff, in particular, were wonderful—I feel very lucky to have met them all. The food was also very good, and the chef was very attentive; I’d like to thank everyone. I would love to stay here again.
There is nothing I didn’t like; I had hoped for a more open view from the room, but I assume it was set up this way for the sake of privacy. That wasn’t an issue for me, though—thank you for your attentiveness.

Quiet location with beautiful views, lovely staff and buggy service.
Door to bathroom was transparent. Few ants on the bed. Pool was too cold.

I am so thankful for the staff who were very attentive, friendly and overall helpful. The rooms were so big and luxurious. Amazing views and overall the food at the restaurant was delicious
Special shoutout to Bayu for always making sure every morning was a great one, Bayu friendliness and attention really made the stay feel special.
I wish there was a bit more walking space but overall I am looking forward to return again with even more family members

Pokój był ładnie urządzony.
Fatalna restauracja z niesmacznym jedzeniem. Obsługa przy każdej okazji wydawała zamówienia które były niezgodne z kartą albo poprostu zepsute ( talerz świeżych owoców z parmezanem zamiast granoli)
