I like the location and the staff.Very nice people
The first night , although I organised my arrival , I was not handed the key to my room , I was left asleep with no key and every time I tried to talk to someone they say they don't know and that other management is responsible

I liked how the dorms were pretty central, right next to the tube station. I also liked the cleanliness of it when i arrived, and how secure the place was.
the room is a little bit cramped, and it lacked any utensils
