Incredible modernized but so real historic house. Great host! You want never leave the place.

Such a beautiful, old, historic property filled with beautiful decor. It was like stepping back in time and I felt like I was in Bridgerton or something. The perfect quiet retreat to take a break from the city!

I wish I could have stayed longer.

I am not sure where to start! Hosts were fabulous, the location is very private / secluded, and the proximity to family that I have in the area was a huge bonus. We had our two dogs with us, and the yard was spacious with a little setup for golf (we didn't partake of that but it was a nice little touch). Every morning when we took the dogs out for breakfast, there were at least 2-3 deer in the field. It was so incredibly peaceful. Speaking of breakfast, fresh baked goodies were brought up each morning, and they were absolutely delicious. The rooms themselves were spacious, well furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Overall, this rental really reminded me of when I used to live up in the area. When I'm up in the area again this is my first place to check for availability!

I do not have any major complaints. I would make a suggestion to put a small table or bin that could collect the used dishes just so that the main table in the shared area is not too crowded.
