The cottage felt very welcoming. Everything had been thought of by Ruth, even the toys for the children. You could tell this was a family home, not commercial, well cared for and loved.

Would have benefited from some hallway runners as all hard floors

The cottage was clean and very comfortable, with everything you need. Situated in the centre of Middleham with walks from the doorstep and inviting pubs! The owner was very friendly and responsive.
As we stayed during a heatwave, I have suggested to the owner that a parasol be provided so that we could have taken advantage of the front garden more and some fans in the bedrooms. Any other time, this wouldn’t have been an issue. The owner has already confirmed that they are going to sort these issues!
