Location was optimal for our needs. secure place, and included parking. The room was nice too, especially the kitchen.

I wish we could of watched local news on the TV. Didn't know how to get it on satellite. Ended up watching my local Texas news on my computer. Also, would be great to have available extra blankets, some people are extra cold even when its warm out.

The property was very modern and access instructions to the property was excellent, but delivered 2 days before we were due to arrive.(not so good if you are travelling). We asked for an extra bed, which was a blow-up bed deflated in the cupboard. There was no bedding for this or towels so we contacted the managing agents who had them delivered to us swiftly. The swimming pools was great and the location was excellent.

The video on where to park the car in the multi-story carpark was excellent and very much needed. However details on how to exit the carpark upon leaving is needed. The apartment is quite small for a family of four so an additional bed is not advisable.

Location

Host not responsive to emails. The directions to access the garage were confusing but managed and then later found out that there is any easier way to enter and exit the garage than all the complicated videos and directions that were given.

The location was fine.

There was another person already in our apartment when we arrived. It was the correct apartment and correct code (we were able to open the door), but someone was already staying there. Unable to reach Booking by phone, we sent an email which was only eventually responded to 3 hours later. However, the person staying in our apartment was able to call someone (from booking.com or the property, not sure which) who told us we should go to another apartment and gave us the code to that apartment. This took about a half hour to resolve between roughly 11pm and 11:30pm. Obviously, this was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Fortunately the person staying in our reserved apartment was very understanding, but he could have been rude, or worse, violent. That person told us that in fact he encountered the SAME PROBLEM with his own reservation. He had booked a different apartment 3 days before - some stranger was in HIS apartment and he was transferred to the one we had reserved. Clearly, the manager/booking.com had known about the apartment switch for 3 days, but no one notified us.
