Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and large backyard—perfect for enjoying Santa Fe’s beautiful weather. The only area not accessible to guests is the garage.
We warmly welcome families with children and toddlers to stay in our home. However, please note that the house is not childproof. There are no safety gates, cabinet locks, or other childproofing measures in place. We encourage parents to supervise their little ones at all times and are welcome to bring any additional safety equipment they may need to ensure their comfort and security.
Please note that the house is located in a brand-new neighborhood, which is still under construction. As a result, there may be construction work happening during the weekdays. Currently, there are no neighbors next door, and the house is situated on a peaceful corner lot, offering added privacy during your stay.

Great stay driving through. 10 minutes from Meow Wolf and many food establishments. Would stay again. Arrived late as we were driving from Las Vegas NV. Host was very responsive even at night!

This property was perfect. Everything was clean, worked properly and we had no problems. The hosts were clear in their directions on how to access the property and what to do when we checked out. I highly recommend it.

Couldn’t have been more pleased. The host kept in contact upon arrival and answered all our questions. The house was very clean and had easy access to the downtown area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.
