This house is in a great location! Restaurants, coffee, shopping, beach, playground, trails all within walking distance. The space was clean! Anytime I had a question, it was answered within an hour. The bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were well stocked with supplies. The decor and layout is all as pictured, very pretty. Everyone slept comfortably, the beds are great. All that said, I withheld a star due to some things we felt were lacking. Overall, the property could definitely use a little TLC; the yard is kind of unkept, a sketchy van is rotting on the curb next the gate. Some things in the home need fixing like filters replaced, loose door handles or peeling window frost. Nothing that affects daily life, but just kind of takes away from the niceness of the home. The listing also advertises toys for children, but all we found were adult puzzles. There are a few beach items for kids in the garage, if you’re up for sifting through all the stuff surrounding it. Another aside is that there is no AC, which isn’t abnormal for the area. Plenty of box fans though, and a nice cross breeze from open windows will keep you cool. The bunk room listing photo has a ceiling fan, but that fan has since been removed. All in all, I would stay here again, but would love to see a little home improvement :)

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood about half mile from the beach. It is fully stocked with all the things you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds and linens are soft and comfy, you can tell cleanliness is an important factor, which is greatly appreciated. We had great communication also. Thank you!
