Mulberry Oasis is the perfect house. It’s clean, well decorated and much more spacious than it seems from the listing. The backyard pool is a wonderful addition to the property. The location is also perfect. Finding parking in historic St. Augustine can be difficult but the home’s proximity to everything eliminates that worry. We were able to walk everywhere; historic St. Augustine, the Fountain of Youth, Castillo de San Marcos fort. Vilano beach is a quick drive, along with places like Capybara Cafe. We didn’t want to leave and highly recommend staying at Mulberry Oasis. We can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent location for exploration of the city.

This property is wonderful. House was so clean and pool as well. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Communication with property manager was great. Ryan even left birthday balloons and cookie cake for the kids birthday. We will definitely be back soon.

This was a great property for a girls weekend. Walking distance to the downtown area and plenty of other restaurants and wine bars. We also enjoyed lots of girl time at the pool. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and everyone commented on how great they slept.
