During the cooler months, the home assures warmth with two slow combustion wood fireplaces — two bags of firewood are supplied from May to September — and electric blankets on all beds for extra comfort.

Great house with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Situated close to Evans Head Lookout but also close by to shops for a coffee run or lunch. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed for a self contained stay, clean modern bathrooms and a extra separate toilet. Beds were comfy and plenty of heating for cooler nights. Plenty of games and puzzles, music etc as well as a lovely verandah and garden for entertainment or quiet times. Good communication with host .
