The property was very clean and presented as described. Location was perfect and our dog was also happy. The stairs could use an update as some are pretty questionable (falling apart), some fans stopped working (lights still worked) and the TV in the bedroom on the first floor would only go off when unplugged. They could give up the shampoo/conditioner and provide hand soap for kitchen and bathrooms. We purchased and left soap for next guests. Stairs and pool deck get VERY hot so want shoes.

Beautiful home with deep water canal close to everything. Across the street from the beach, close to dining, shopping and activities. Will definetly be looking to stay here again next year.

Really enjoyed the house! Perfect setup for bringing a boat and enjoying time on the water. Lots of space for kids and had everything we needed. Will be back!

Positives - outdoor area of the home is lovely and inviting. The upper deck off the kitchen area is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon making it perfect for enjoying meals. The property manager was very responsive. Negatives - the inside of the house could definitely use some TLC. The inside refrigerator shelves were held on with electrical tape. Several of the bathroom fixtures were severely rusted. We stayed in the main floor bedroom - the bed was not comfortable, squeaked any time you made the smallest movement, mattress and pillows were stained. Our friends stayed upstairs and felt the beds were uncomfortable as well. Overall, we spent 90% of our time outside. Would it have been nicer if we slept better all week, yes, but we really enjoyed the pool, spa and beautiful weather.
