View of the EIFFEL Tower which illuminates your evenings every hour. Apartment in a modern building, elevator, very bright and sunny, 4 rooms, two bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a jetted bath, a shower room, separate toilet, a double living room with two sofas, a large dining room table, opening onto a flowered terrace with small table and chairs, 8 minutes walk from the TROCADERO, and the rue de PASSY, 20 minutes walk from the EIFFEL Tower or the Place de l'ETOILE, or the BOIS DE BOULOGNE.
FREE parking possible in the building on certain dates in particular throughout the month of July 2025

A lovely home. We were greeted quickly upon arrival by a very gracious woman who shared all things we needed to know about our apartment. The apartment was tastefully decorated, with many artworks and books. Just outside, was a wonderful boulangerie, fromagerie, boucherie, and poissonnerie. Everything you need from sweets to eats. There are also a few restaurants just steps away. We were a short walk to The Trocadéro, where it was easy to find a taxi or get on the metro. Shopping nearby as well. The view from the front balcony was gorgeous. Flowers all over the balcony, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Note, it lights up at sunset and sparkles on the hour for 5 minutes until 1am. Fabulous home, fabulous stay, fabulous host.
