Location was perfect! House was clean and well kept. Bedrooms were perfect size and plenty of room for our 3 night stay! TVs were set up already for streaming which made our girls night of movie watching perfect!

My sister, my son and I stayed in this quaint little house that was the perfect size for us. It was on a quiet street. It had all the things we needed. It was very clean, organized and well stocked with things we didn't even think we may need. We will definitely refer our friends and would love to stay again when we go to Cedar Point. Communication with Angie was great as well. She was very responsive when we reached out. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

This has been my favorite rental!! We stay in a lot of houses and this was the best house with the best host. Super cute house, stocked with goodies and the host is very responsive.

Overall this property was okay. We were a group of 5 guys enjoying 3 days of sightseeing in Sandusky and went to the islands each day. There were a couple of things that I thought could be improved upon or at least highlighted. It is very small especially for a group of 5 adults. 2 of our group wound up sleeping on the floor or the sofa. There is no dining area for a group or a family. There is a fold out table but no chairs where a group can eat. Just 2 stools at the bar. That said I'm not sure where a fixed table could go and it is not mentioned one way or the other in the description. We ate at the picnic table out back but that will not work in colder or wetter times. The description does mention a TV in each bedroom, but the TV is small and sits on a bedside table by your head which makes it unviewable when lying in the bed. I'm sure it helps with the listing, but it is a bit misleading.
