The Domizil zum Lerchengrund 01 vacation rental is located in a quiet, nature-rich setting in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort town of Ückeritz on the island of Usedom, nestled between the coastal forest and the sea. You’re just about 950 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the charming promenade, which invites you to stroll and relax. This high-quality, fully equipped vacation rental on the first floor of a modern building offers 66 m² of living space—the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation for up to four people.

The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Senseo Switch for your morning coffee. The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a spacious 55-inch flat-screen TV—which also supports Amazon Prime and Netflix (with your own account)—as well as cozy furnishings and tasteful décor. From here, you have direct access to the sunny southwest-facing terrace with lounge chairs, seating, and a small garden area—ideal for breakfast or relaxing on warm days. An awning provides additional sun protection and comfort.

The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious closet, and a 44-inch TV. Light colors and tasteful design create a soothing oasis of tranquility here. The second bedroom features a high-quality sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m, another closet, and a 32-inch TV. This room can also be flexibly used as a home office or children’s room and can be darkened as well.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a window, and its own washing machine offers additional comfort. Upon arrival, the beds are already freshly made, plenty of towels are provided, and a basic supply of all the essentials ensures that you can start your vacation right away—without any delays. A private parking space and free Wi-Fi round out the amenities. This lovingly furnished home is ideal for vacationers who value peace and quiet, comfort, and proximity to nature, without wanting to sacrifice modern amenities. Unfortunately, this apartment does not have a bike storage room.

The seaside resort of Ückeritz offers its guests a wide range of amenities as part of the spa card. These include a free local shuttle (similar to a call-and-ride bus), free bicycles from Usedom-Rad, free use of the train throughout the entire island of Usedom, and plenty of local events. Please contact the spa administration for more details.
