This was the perfect location for our family to stay while seeing our hometown team play at Great American Ballpark. Condo was clean, had plenty of towels & bedding. Complex is a little confusing to navigate but the host sent detailed instructions. Loved that it was right next to the walking bridge so we enjoyed lunch in Kentucky. Walk to/from stadium was also safe and easy.

Our original room had A/C issues that they told us about, they were able to switch rooms before we arrived without any issues! The parkade app made everything soo much easier, we did get a little lost finding the key box. We went out of the parking garage then walked up to the open garage to find the key box. I believe there were stairs in the gated garage that would have taken us up. We also had issues with the fancy lock on the door and had to read the directions again. All in all we enjoyed our night there and plan to use it again in the future since it's next to the Reds, Bengals and jbrady music venue.

Flat was as listed and the perfect location for walking to the baseball game! Building felt very safe and secure. Was a little confused on getting to the lockbox (by the leasing office) and then how to get from the leasing office/lockbox back down to the parking spot in the parking garage but we figured it out. Host was responsive every time I reached out. Great location and great price! Bed was super comfy too!
