We stayed for spring break in April. Property was quiet and very conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and parks. It took around 15-20 minutes to get to all the Disney parks and Disney springs. The place was extremely clean and the rooms were very nice. The living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath are on the first floor. A king room with bathroom and queen room with bathroom (tub/shower) is on the second level. The third level mirrors the second floor except no bathtub just stand up showers. Every bathroom only has two towels so if you need more, bring some or be prepared to do laundry. Every floor has its own AC unit which is nice. The only down fall is not having access to a pool! The hot tub is a nice feature but my kids would have loved a day to swim. Overall a nice stay and we would stay here again.

House was spacious, and very clean! We had an issue with the hot tub and maintenance was very responsive and fixed the problem right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and plenty of space for our family. We would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice, clean and the owners were very responsive! The location is perfect for all of the theme parks, with restaurants and retail near by. I will stay here again.
