House was very well appointed and comfortable. We were trapped inside for a rainy long weekend with 7 people and had plenty of space and were well entertained with the handful of games and books at the property. Only issues we had are the upper bunk had no railing and road noise at night. Ear plus were a quick fix and removing the ladder kept our 2 and 3 year olds from climbing up.
