To finalize the rental we ask:
- to validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the identity documents.
The signatory of the rental contract must be at least 28 years old.
- to provide a "resort" or "vacation" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory.

The house is very quiet with a nice view and conducive to rest and relaxation. We prefer to insist on the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or parties.
