Close to the centre, very clean and cosy rooms, close to the centre of Lytham and parking is a bonus. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. A proper little gem of a find .

The location is central to everything and the bus stop is right outside. Lots of eateries and local bars for food and drinks. The accommodation itself is second to none, beautiful, clean and the hosts are very attentive and nothing is any bother for them. Always a treat left in the fridge for us. We have stayed here multiple time and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Its position close to the town centre with dedicated parking made it ideal for a short break.
