La Tannerie is a unique place to stay, ideally nestled in the most picturesque area of the historic port of Dinan. Overlooking the peaceful Rance, this charming house enjoys an exceptional location, offering enchanting views of the old harbour, the majestic viaduct and the ancient ramparts from every room.

Sleeping up to six people, the property is carefully appointed to provide a warm and comfortable stay, combining old-world charm with modern comforts. Whether you're wandering through Dinan's cobbled streets or relaxing by the water, La Tannerie promises an unforgettable getaway, just like at home.

Just a short walk away, after crossing the old stone bridge, you'll find a bakery as well as several riverside restaurants and cafes — perfect for enjoying the friendly and lively atmosphere of the neighborhood. Access to the upper town of Dinan is just as enchanting: just take the famous Rue du Jerzual, a steep, cobbled street lined with half-timbered houses, to discover the medieval architecture that makes the town's timeless charm.

The port, with its restored stone houses now housing restaurants, offers a peaceful and captivating setting. With all services within walking distance, there is no need for a car: buses, trains and even a river shuttle service ("Bus de Mer") make it easy to reach Dinard and Saint-Malo. La Tannerie is a unique house offering a peaceful and spacious setting, with all the necessary comforts for an unforgettable stay. From the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, admire the spectacular view of the historic port of Dinan. To the rear, an intimate flowered courtyard awaits you, with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue for your outdoor dining.

Spread over three levels, the house offers comfortable and bright interiors. The first floor opens onto an inviting living room with views of the river, and a veranda leads directly to the courtyard garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home. A practical laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer and separate toilet.

Two charming bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with two single beds and en-suite shower room.

Second floor
A romantic master suite with en-suite shower room and stunning views.Please note: this room, nestled in the eaves, may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- A folding table and chairs are at your disposal to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the port of Dinan and the life that animates it. Set them up in front of the kitchen window, as in the photo: it's the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or an aperitif at the end of the day while admiring the passing of the boats. As this location is not a permanent terrace space, we ask that you put the furniture back inside the accommodation after use.
