Overall it was excellent. We loved the location and ease of access to the beach. The two issues we had was the condo was not ready at the 4 PM check in. The staff was still cleaning it and we were not able to get in until almost 5 PM. The second issue was the outside TV in the downstairs porch area did not work. We contacted the people to see if they could help fix the issue. The did not reach back to us until two days later. Then when I said it still wasn't working, it wasn't until the next day they responded they could set up a time to come by to fix it. By this time it was Friday evening and we were leaving on Saturday. I still would go back to stay in the future.

I usually don’t give 5 stars. But this place deserves it! We had a perfect trip. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beach access ( right off our deck) was amazing. Even though the weather wasn’t great- the outdoor living area and decks were awesome. Staying in wasn’t a loss as you still had amazing views of the beach/water. Communication with the rental agency was very quick. Exciting trip as my daughter got engaged- i couldn’t be happier with the trip. Thanks for a spectacular house!

We enjoyed our stay greatly. However there were down sides. Water tank for the coffee pot was missing. We had to boil the water and pour it over. The awful foul smell that smacked us in the face when we first opened the door, would knock you down (wet,moldy,musk). We went out and bought fabric sheets and stuck in the vents, bought plug ins to help the smell. The master bedroom was so hot (the air didn’t work). We got in contact with Real Joy and Olivia was the most helpful. She made a house call and came baring gifts of room spray, candle, diffuser to help the stench. She also brought a fan for the master bedroom it helped so much! She bought a card of apologies and a gift card inside to help with expenses we paid to help the smell and paper cost; as the garbage disposal under the sink burst during us cooking dinner and it leaked all over the kitchen floor and under the sink. They quickly found a solution and had a guy out the next day to fix the issue. Yes all that said Real Joy Vacation was excellent at communicating and yes we would go back.
