Come spend some time in the newest development in Arraial do Cabo! This apartment is decorated with custom-designed furniture and top-of-the-line finishes. Located on the beachfront of Praia Grande, with sunset views, it's undoubtedly the best option for your trip. The condominium features a heated adult and children's pool, dry and steam saunas, a hot tub, a games room, a party room, a playroom and playground, as well as a large circulation area, ensuring security for your entire family. The space: The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and two portable fans, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom and living room are equipped with Smart TVs and have sliding doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen includes a stove, blender, sandwich maker, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and kitchen utensils. From the balcony, we have a view of the pool and Praia Grande beach. We have one parking space available for the tenant.
