When its saying near Downtown its nit really the neighborhood was not exactly what I was expecting. I really wanted to be on vacation. This neighborhood was not better than my own neighborhood. Not sure how often they changed the hot tub water, but that water stinks and is smaller than it looks on the advertisement way smaller but other than that we made it work. It was seven of us and it was kinda small but we did make it work.

Pictures did not accurately depict the jacuzzi and backyard. The yard was not maintained and when we arrived there was overflowing trash in the trash cans. Inside was overall clean, but the outside needed attention.
