Great host with amazing communication. Minor issues that we encountered were handled immediately. Love the neighborhood and ease of parking compared to other neighborhoods we have stayed in. Would stay again.

A lot of your games and entertainment items are broken though. There is some wall paper peeling and water stains on a bunch of the wooden furniture, but the house itself is great and the property managers were great at communciation. We will be staying here in again in the future.

The house was exactly as advertised.

Reason for rating three stars: (1) our first day, we checked into the property with a broken fridge. As a result, infant food was spoiled and we couldn’t go grocery shopping to stock up the fridge for our stay. It took the rental’s contact over 12 hours to respond and that was only after consistently trying to get a hold of them. They resolved the issue by relocating us to another house in the community. (2) the gate guards take their jobs TO seriously. Not upset about this totally, but one of my guest staying with us who was on the list was denied access because they did not have a drivers license. However, the community’s sign in front of the gate read “must have a government ID”. Isn’t a valid state ID considered a government ID?!?! Yeah still scratching our head about this one. Otherwise , all was OK with our stay.
