The check in process was a pain, the line is long and we had to call the host tonget our address before we could check in at the welcome center. The house was redone well but it was not clean at all. There are only air conditioners in the bedrooms, the house stayed at 85 our entire stay even with the bedroom doors open and the ac running. The listing says there are pools, what It does not state is that there is a fee for each person each day. One of the pools was disgusting, another was closed, and the beach was covered in so much feces that everyone that walked down to it came immediately back up.
