Good to Know
• Please be advised that during the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027, extensive road closures in the Kona and Kohala areas may impact traffic and driving routes during your stay. Alternative routes will be highlighted, and traffic will be diverted to accommodate this exciting world-class event! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend planning your travel accordingly.
• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.
• Resort fees, amenities, and availability are subject to change.
• Security cameras onsite: driveway active; entry camera covered/off during guest stays.
• Hualalai Resort Access: Daily resort fees apply for guests who wish to access Hualalai Resort amenities. These are paid directly to the Resort and are not included in the rental rate.

- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days prior to their resort access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk will open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During both Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on the lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations.
- As a friendly reminder, rental guests are provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, with no breaks in between.
