From the moment you arrive, you’ll be swept away by the view. Watch the sun set over the valley as it lights up the lake. Sip your morning coffee from your bedroom's private balcony as the clouds drift through the trees below. With natural accents and floor-to-ceiling windows, golden light pours in and gives you the feeling that you are not separate from the natural world outside, but you are in fact a part of it.

And when you’re ready to stir that stillness, the house offers its own kind of adventure. Take a ride down one of the indoor slides. Search for the secret passageways. Cue up a game of pool, shuffleboard, or ping pong. Or cozy up in the comfort of the theater room and press play. Whether you're hosting a gathering or letting the kids burn off some energy, this is a space that ignites joy, wonder and connection.

Up here you’ll feel in a world all your own. But dipping into Ithaca’s world-class waterfalls, vibrant downtown, and famous farmers markets are just a short drive away.
