Our two vacation homes are located on the beautiful northwest shore of Lake Plau in the Quetzin district, within a quiet and spacious vacation home complex. The large Plauer See, with a small swimming cove and a boat dock, is only about 100 meters from the vacation homes. The landscape—with its vast meadows, beautiful lakeside vegetation, and willow trees typical of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, as well as the nearby wooded area—is a little paradise for nature lovers. The surrounding area is perfect for fishing, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing, and Lake Plau also offers ideal conditions for water sports enthusiasts. Restaurants and medical care are located in the immediate vicinity. There is a petting zoo for children about 1.0 km away in the Heidenholz district. Here, children can marvel at and pet goats, llamas, and small miniature ponies. Four supermarkets are located about 1.5 km away. In addition, the town of Plau am See—about 2.0 km away—charms visitors with its pretty half-timbered houses, unique drawbridge, small harbor, and its shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Both vacation homes measure approximately 55 m² each. The homes are modern and tastefully furnished to accommodate 3 people. The spacious living area is equipped with satellite TV, a radio, a large closet, a TV cabinet, a sofa set, and a coffee table. In addition, both houses feature a spacious dining area, each with a large dining table and four chairs. The vacation homes have two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200) and two nightstands. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200). The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a spa-style shower stall, a sink, and a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a sink, and two stovetop burners, and includes, among other things, a Rommelsbacher oven/grill, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker, as well as all cutlery, glasses, pots, and dishes. For the colder months, heating is provided by a storage heater and a 2000W oil-filled radiator. In front of the house is a large, partially covered sun terrace with patio furniture and a grill.
