Our townhouse is a true architectural gem and a wonderful testament to Schwerin’s history. Arched windows made of green wood adorn the extraordinary brick facade.
Even the entryway gives you a sense that you’re in for a vacation-like experience. The large kitchen-dining area is the perfect invitation for cozy get-togethers—just take a seat at the decorative solid-wood table beneath an impressive chandelier and next to the large windows overlooking city life.
The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary evenings. A dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and oven ensure you’ll have everything you need. The coffee maker ensures a perfect breakfast and can also be used to prepare espresso or cappuccino.
The living room is stylishly furnished with a huge, comfortable sofa. A tiled fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings. A large TV with a great sound system provides a movie theater experience in the living area.
A nice grill is available on the terrace. We provide bed linens and towels.
Up to four people can make themselves comfortable in a total of 115 square meters. Two separate double bedrooms and a large living area are ideal for families or two couples. Two bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, round out the space.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Schwerin charges a lodging tax of 7% of the amount charged to the guest for the overnight stay. As of April 1, 2024, business-related overnight stays are also subject to the lodging tax.
