Stayed twice in 2 weeks, perfect location 5 min walk to nana plaza, 2 min walk to nana station, dont think you will get better for the money

Location, modern, clean, good aircon, pictures need to be upated as its actually much better in person! No fault at all, clean perfect!

Location was good, though the street and area is full of bars and sex workers.

We first stayed in a one bedroom apartment which we chose based on the pictures. We feel they misrepresented the size (it looked much bigger), and the photos showed a nonexistent laundry machine in the room. The pictures made it look like a one bedroom apartment, but it's a studio cramped all in one same space. When we messaged the owners, it turns out they are located in China and not responsive to our messages through Booking.com during 2-3 days. Only with the help of the local staff who is there doing laundry, were we able to move to a two bedroom--which cost much more. Turns out the photos which showed up for the one bedroom look just like the two bedroom we were in. Worse, the two rooms and living room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (despite several signs indicating it was a non-smoking room and a hefty fine for smoking in the room). We had to keep the windows open for hours before we felt the smell somewhat reduced but never disappeared, especially from the mattresses. We definitely feel misled by the advertising on the first booking.
