We liked the lake and the swimming pool nearby. The accommodation was nice and had everything we needed. Everything was very close, which was a big advantage. During our stay, we explored a little piece of Switzerland: San Salvatore, Monte Generoso, two beautiful villages – Gandria and Morcote – and we also visited the city of Lugano. Everything is quite close and easily accessible.

Because there was a heatwave during our stay, it was extremely hot. We missed having air conditioning. Outside, there were sheep that could also be heard during the night. We had to be a little careful with noise, as the owner had warned us about a grumpy neighbour. There is also a train nearby, so you can hear it from time to time, but you get used to it.
