Location has a beautiful backdrop of 3 out of the 4 main mountains in Grindelwald. Surrounded by nature and multiple uphill trails, don't forget your hiking boots to make the most of this location! The main town of Grindelwald is a 10 minute drive away, perfectly away for a secluded feeling and close enough to keep things practical :)

Was not clear if we had the whole place to ourself or not while booking. We had other guests living above us on the first floor. While there was no disturbance and the other guests seemed nice and kept to themselves, it was always a question if they had access to the sit out on the ground floor or not (which is the biggest plus point of the property). Would be nice for the property to clarify and give a bit of peace of mind.

Amazing location. Amazing view. Large rooms. Nicely equiped.

Need more electric outlets in the rooms.

Amazing view from the window of the apartment.

Bed sheet can be better

Spacious accommodation with superb views from the terrace. Excellent facilities, e.g. washing machine, powerful shower and modern TV.

It is a ground floor apartment in a wooden building with another apartment above. This wasn't clear in the specification. If there are noisy people above, which we had, this can detract from the quality of experience. Views from the main bedrooms and living room overlook a Kindergarten. We would also expect tea bags to he provided and more to help control the fly population which inevitably results from the proximity to farms. The provision of gauze across selected windows was very helpful, although unfortunately somebody had left unprotected windows open before we arrived.
