The Moment

The room was fantastic, especially the air conditioning!! The staff were AMAZING. Always greeting me with a smile and always on hand to help and offer suggestions. The complimentary Tuk Tuk service was so good. I used it a couple of times. Laundry service was great and by weight 👌🏽.

The pool/gym + restaurant are across the street. It was a little weird, but I didn’t even use the pool and that’s mostly why (convenience). The location is about 30min bike ride to Sukhumvit - longer by car.

Modern, new, excellent amenities and facilities! I was impressed by overall feel and vibe of this hotel, great gym and more than everything super friendly and welcoming staff! I had an amazing experience overall and would go back in a heartbeat when opportunity presents. Thank you for such an amazing time at your hotel, keep up good work!

Everything! The front desk girls were amazing! They were hands down the best in any place we’ve stayed at! They were so helpful with booking us taxis, recommending places to visit and food to eat. It was my husbands birthday and they surprised us with a cheesecake and birthday banner. Always smiley and helpful! Location of hotel was handy and close to Khao San Rd (very touristy), and the Muay Thai arena. You could also catch the bus to go to nearby markets. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it. Something simple to kick start our day. Will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

The beds were quite firm and I only saw that the hotel provides toppers the day we checked out so you can definitely request it but I managed ok with the firm bed during our stay.
