I had the most beautiful experience at Cascade Heritage Inn. It's a very homely place and at the same time you have your own very personal comfortable space and it's super clean. Maria is such an exceptional host who makes you feel instantly at home! The location is perfect for people who want to make the most out of Yerevan. Tasty breakfast options. Easy access to everywhere in the city with a nice view of the Cascade. I left the place with the fondest of memories. A heartfelt thank you, dearest Maria. I look forward to visit again.

Maria was very friendly and taught me about the history of Armenia from her families perspective. The room was great, the location was very convenient next to the Cascade steps and easy access near the road for tours.
It was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Such a beautiful and cozy little inn! Maria was a lovely hostess - she was very helpful and helped us with the laundry, getting a taxi to our next destination and so on. Our room was tidy and clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as well as there were a lot of cafes and restaurants around and you could walk right up to the Cascade for the best city views. Definitely recommend staying here!
Nothing to improve, we had a great experience overall.
