Great location.
Staff were kind and supportive.
I had great balcony near my room.
Good AC.
They gave me 50 TWD coupon to use in Familymart which was super nice of them.
Good common area with free snacks and water faucet.

I'd recommend this hotel for this price point.
The sheets weren't the cleanest but nothing too bad.
The bathroom has un-even floor and some water are not getting into the drain and you need to get them by yourself.
The AC is good but a bit loud.
No soundproof walls.

- I got the room on 3rd floor which needs to get out to the balcony which is common area and entered from there. There was no one there so I got the whole area to myself and it was kinda peaceful.
- If you get there by bus, the place is very close within walking distance also to Jiufen Busy zone. Stairs are unavoidable.
- Only a few mins walk to the iconic Amei Teahouse.
- A lot of chubby cats along the way!
- I didn’t know that the staff would not be responsive and that I could only leave my bags only from 12.00. I got there around 10.00 got to the place to find out that the door was closed. There are contacts on a few apps but no one responded to the chat until 11ish, so I had to carry my bag around for a while.
- The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. The whole bathroom will get all wet when showered but the air vent was horrible. I opened a small window but it was not enough to help dry up the bathroom. Mold very visible on ceiling.
