Location was perfect and across a lovely park with a fountain. Home was bigger than expected so spacious and comfortable. Got a really nice feel. For everything you needed and more to have a relaxing break.

I have nothing to say. I like everything.

We loved so many things about our stay at Royal-Tee Retreat. Firstly, the convenient location to the centre of Dunsborough and local wineries and breweries. The property was easy to find and check in was simple. The house was immaculate and fit our family of 6 adults, and 2 children comfortably. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and the ambience of the property encouraged a relaxing stay. We especially liked the bikes and scooters for use in the garage. Having 2 televisions was also handy with such a big group. Thank you, Lara, we loved and valued our stay!

Spacious , clean, comfortable, well equipped all round, & friendly staff to address our questions. Those who enjoy cooking will find the kitchen & pantry well provided for. Photos from this platform quite accurately reflect what we experienced. Easy drive to /from Dunsborough / Busselton / Margaret River towns and nearby to surrounding places of interest (lighthouse, etc).

Nothing major noted. One suggestion - add a floor rug at the kitchen area.

Great location and amenities.

Nothing.
