The space

You can enjoy city living and be situated close to anything you might need. Originally built as a hotel back in 1915, we've tried to keep the old charm by refinishing the original floors and embracing the basic layout. Boutique style apartments. Bathrooms and kitchens are small but nice.

Other things to note

There is one thermostat per floor to control the temperature. We typically have is set at 70 degrees to please most. (There are not individual apartment thermostats.) A fan or heater can be supplied if needed.
