The modern living-sleeping area, with its cozy maritime ambiance, features a comfortable sofa bed measuring 2.15 x 2.00 m, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area.
The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition to a Senseo coffee maker, there is, of course, also a kettle and a toaster.
In the hallway/entryway, there is a cozy bunk bed for the child.

The modern interior bathroom features a sink, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.
On the west-facing loggia with an awning, you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy more than just a glass of wine as you wind down at the end of the day.
The house features a swimming pool with a counter-current system. In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
You’ll find a parking space right next to the house.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is available in this apartment!
The beach, located 200 meters away, can be reached via a public staircase on a slope.

Haus Adria is located on a hill between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand. The Kammerwald forest is right outside the door. The Ostsee-Therme is about 700 meters away. The beach is 150 meters away, and the town center is a 15-minute walk. Enjoy the evening sun on the private loggias, which offer views over the rooftops of Scharbeutz.

Guests have access to a small swimming pool, as well as a washer and dryer, inside the house. Parking spaces are available in front of the house for each apartment.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.

We look forward to seeing you!
