Overall a good experience. The apartment was clean and is furnished with everything you need. My favorite thing was sitting on the back patio with an amazing view of the bay. The complex is in a busy location with a lot of traffic and many people walking the sidewalks, so pulling in and out was challenging depending on the time of day. That being said, the restaurants and shopping in close proximity was a perk. I was not aware the apartment is on the third floor as I don’t recall seeing that in the description, so a bit of a workout carrying our luggage and groceries up the flights of steps. While we appreciated the reserved, covered parking spot…it was across the parking lot and not by the apartment. Just want others to be aware in case of mobility issues, etc. There was also an issue upon check-in with getting in the front door. We thought initially the code wasn’t working, but finally after trying over and over discovered you had to shove the door open after hearing it unlock. We had to continue to do that throughout our stay. The dishwasher flooded upon initial use and was repaired the next day.

Beautiful surroundings. The accommodations were clean and provided for our needs. Our host was accessible and accommodating. The beach is absolutely stunning but as guests of midnight cove 2 you only had approx a 20 foot wide strip of beach that was allocated for your use. Rental of chairs and umbrellas is provided at 35/day. We really were not made aware of that.Overall it was a great experience. We would come back.

Overall this was a nice property. However, lots of steps to navigate in and out of the unit with luggage, golf clubs, groceries, beach wagon, chairs, etc. Make sure your fit enough to walk up 28 steps each time! Also water heater is small, so back to back showers with 2 of us was sometimes a bit chilly for the 2nd person showering.
