House was great! Lots of room and space for a big family. Beds are firm but comfortable. Options for King size rooms and location to bathrooms is also great. Pool and hot tub are an added luxury. The neighborhood is quiet but fun and so great to walk to the beach or even drive a few blocks and park for all your beach gear. Bring extra towels and TP host does supply them but with big family’s you run out quickly.

Whenever we had a question they were quick to respond. The pool did quit working one day and the same day someone was out to fix it. You cant predict breakdowns but you can act fast on repairs and they did. I would stay again definitely a nice quiet place
