Overall, an excellent stay! The host was quick to respond at all times. The cabin was clean and very much as described. The river is beautiful and the hot tub is always a nice addition. I would recommend staying at this property. I will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Lansing, NC. Check-in was easy, and the hosts were very helpful. The place was quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Hot tub was definetly relaxing. If you are looking for a laid-back and beautiful spot in the mountains, this is a great place to visit. We hope to return again soon! Highly Recommended!

Loved every minute. We'll definitely be back.

We have vacationed a lot at the New River; from houses to camp grounds we love this area. This VRBO rental was one of our favorites! Great location with lots of privacy. Tubing and Kayaking were super convenient. Literally steps from the house to the river bank and in the water. After a day on the river the hot tub was such a luxury! Meals or morning coffee from either porch gives great views. We were here in early June and the roads were fine for us in a Toyota Corolla but if going in the winter take the owners advice about AWD or 4WD I could see ice or snow giving problems.
