This independent cottage is 400 m from the heart of the village of Caux and all its amenities.
On the first floor, welcoming, comfortable and air-conditioned, it has a shaded terrace and a mezzanine bedroom,
Intended to live a restful stop for two people.

Between villages and countryside, you will be 8 minutes from Pézenas, and 30 minutes from the sea.
The cottage, very well located, is 7 kilometres from Pézenas, and a few minutes from the centre of Caux where you will find all the necessary shops.
Bright, it offers very distinct spaces:
- a terrace in the shade of a palm tree, surrounded by vegetation, with its dining area, a dart board,
- a living room, books and a TV, with an office area, fiber, board games,
- a bathroom with toilet,
- a well-equipped and functional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven and oven, and everything you need to cook)
- a warm indoor dining area,
- a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm bed, dresser, wardrobe and luggage rack.
