Loved location house off by its self. Pet friendly

The house was nice. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball table but they have seen better days. The kitchen had most essentials, but we could have used some better baking sheets. Overall this was a great house for the price. The host was very responsive.

The cabin was beautiful and the pictures/details provided did match, for the most part. We did run into a few hiccups during our stay. The day that we checked in, our son sat on the couch only to find the cushion saturated in urine. He lifted the cushion up and it began dripping. We contacted the host and they sent someone right away to clean it, but it still had a lingering smell the trip. The 2nd night my daughter was using the blow dryer and blew a fuse. We contacted the host again and they told us where the fuse box was. It was duct taped shut because the front would not stay closed. We had to go buy tape in order to close it back up. The host said that this has happens frequently. Lastly, the air conditioning didn’t really seem to work on the bottom floor. It was very humid downstairs for my kids. I know it was very hot last week, however I would expect central air conditioning to cool the entire house. The hosts were always very quick to respond and help right away, I just felt that with the amount of money I paid for the week, the above events shouldn’t have even been an issue in the first place. Hopefully moving forward these things will not affect future guests.
