The space
The living area brings together exposed brick accents and a comfortable seating arrangement, making it effortless to wind down between outings. Catch a film on the TV or fill the room with music through the sound system. Fast Wi-Fi and an ethernet connection keep you reliably online, and a dedicated workspace gives you a proper place to focus when the day calls for it.

Sleeping arrangements
The king bedroom is bright and restful - natural light by day, soft linens by night, and a dedicated workspace that makes productive mornings easy before you step out into the city.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a baking sheet, along with cooking basics and a full set of dishes and silverware. Bar seating and a dining nook give you two comfortable options for meals at home, and coffee is ready to go whenever you need it.

Balcony
Step outside onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air and a feel for the rhythm of the neighborhood before heading into your day.

Convenience & amenities
An in-unit washer and dryer add genuine ease to longer stays. The building offers elevator access and self check-in via smart lock, so arrival is smooth at any hour. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable through the season. Hair dryer, shampoo, towels, bed linens, essentials, and cleaning products are all provided - travel light and settle in. Exterior security cameras are in place on the property.

Step outside and the best of downtown New Orleans is within reach. The WWII Museum, the Convention Center, and streetcar lines connecting you to the French Quarter are all nearby on foot. October is one of the finest times to be in the city - the weather stays warm and inviting, and the fall festival calendar fills fast. Whether you're here for a short trip or an extended stay, the Warehouse District puts you right in the middle of it.
