Getting around Eureka Springs is easy! While our apartment offers a dedicated parking space, you might also be interested in exploring the area without your car. The historic downtown area, with its shops and restaurants, is just a short drive or a pleasant downhill walk from our location. For those who prefer public transport, the Eureka Springs trolley offers a convenient way to see the sights, with stops throughout the city. The nearest trolley stop is a short distance from the apartment. For travel to and from the apartment, the nearest major airport is Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), approximately 60 miles away. Uber and Lyft are available in Eureka Springs, providing additional transportation options along with our local alternative, the Tesla Taxi. Enjoy your trip!



Other Things to Note:

The TV is a smart TV, we recommend bringing your login information for your streaming services. Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. There are exterior cameras on the building. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates. Above all, have a great stay. We love our first-time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay. Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.
